A beautiful ride.

Riders on Storrow Drive

Thanks to everyone who joined us on the 21st for helping make the the ride such a huge success. All told, four thousand riders and more than three hundred and fifty volunteers came together to see Boston at its finest. Not only that, our combined efforts raised more than $400,000 to support the Technology Goes Home program, helping Boston Public Schools students get the technology and skills they need to succeed in today's world.

What now?

  • Take a look at the 2008 ride photos. Have a few great shots you would like to share? Email us.
  • Help us make next year's ride even better. Keep an eye peeled for upcoming rider and volunteer surveys.

Because we can't say it enough...

Thank you to the Boston Police, the Brookline Police, the Department of Conservation and Recreation, Boston EMS, and the teams from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Cataldo Ambulance Service. And thank you once again to all the riders, volunteers, sponsors, corporate teams and, of course, the Mayor of Boston, Thomas M. Menino, for making the event possible.

And finally... start getting excited for Hub On Wheels 2009!

The date has been tentatively set for September 27th and permit applications have been filed. Registration will open January 1st mark your calendars.

Do it for the fun. Do it for the kids.
